- Payment is due in full before your order is made or shipped.
- For custom orders, we’ll send you a design preview to approve before we start.
🎨Custom & Personalized Items
- Custom orders are made just for you, so they can’t be returned or refunded once we start working on them.
- Please double-check spelling, colors, and details when ordering.
- Since everything is handmade, slight variations are normal (and part of the charm!).
📦Processing & Shipping
- We’ll send tracking when your package is on the way.
- We can’t control postal delays, but we’ll always do our best to help if an issue comes up.
💛Returns & Exchanges
- All products are custom items and are unable to be returned.
🔧Damaged Items
